Louise Renee Loe, FNP-C

Louise currently is LCTHC's Primary Care Provider specialized in Diabetes. Louise has been a nurse for more than 20 years and has extensive experience and expertise in performing physical examinations, acute minor care, wellness exams, and treatment of chronic health issues.  Louise is a Talented and accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner with strong academic training and professional experience. Louise’s strong education and experience in diabetes disease management will be providing diabetes care to LCTHC patient population as a diabetes specialist, her professional credentials are: BSN, RN, MSN/CDE, and FNP-C.

Before joining Lake County Tribal Health as FNP-C in November, Louise’s was a supervisor at Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center in Santa Cruz for the special procedures where she led the department to new expansions for 2 years.

On a personal note, Louise likes to walk whenever she can. She is married and has three children (two daughters and a son). She loves to travel and has visited several countries in the past and she’s planning on visiting more in the future.
